SNACK BAR
Open every day from April to October.
Bar
Low season: open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM,
July–August: open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM until the end of the evening entertainment.
Snack
Low season: open only in the evening on weekends, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM,
July–August: open every evening from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
WIFI
Free and available only around the reception area
We do not offer WiFi packages.
4G is available throughout the campsite (depending on your mobile operator).
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION
Dual 22 kW charging station available at Camping Le Clos Cacheleux (nearby).
Payment by bank card via smartphone
PETS ALLOWED UNDER CONDITIONS
Vaccination certificate required and pets must be kept on a leash,
Pet waste bag dispensers available throughout the campsite,
Additional fee: €5.90 per night per pet — maximum 3 pets per accommodation.
BED LINEN & TOWEL KIT
A linen kit is available for €12 per bed per stay (single or double bed).
It includes:
Pillowcase(s),
Fitted sheet,
Duvet cover,
One towel per person.
All accommodations are equipped with pillows, duvets and blankets.
BREAKFAST & BAKERY
Bread and pastries to order and collect at the grocery store,
Optional breakfast delivered to your terrace in the morning — €9.50 per adult / €5.50 per child (under 7),
All orders must be placed the day before before 6:00 PM.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Cancellation: please inform the campsite as soon as possible and report the claim within 5 working days (if insurance was purchased).
NEAT Insurance: claim declaration on help.neat.eu or by mail – 117 quai de Bacalan, 33300 Bordeaux.
AQUATIC AREA
Aquatic area not supervised.
Swimwear required (swim shorts not permitted).
Covered and heated pool with water games
Low season: open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM,
July–August: open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Heated outdoor paddling pool with water games
Open throughout the season depending on weather conditions.
KIDS CLUB (AGES 6 TO 12)
Piki Club: open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM during all school holidays,
Piki Disco: from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM every day in July and August, except Saturday.
WELLNESS AREA
Private wellness area reserved for adults (18+) (spa, sauna, jacuzzi) by reservation only,
€20/hour per person (massage not included),
Massages available by direct booking with Pascale at +33 (0)7 79 56 44 02.
CONVENIENCE STORE
For your everyday essentials,

Departure: before 10:00 AM.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security deposit to be paid when the keys are handed over: €200.
CLEANING OPTION
Option available when booking: cleaning package from €60 to €75 depending on the size of the accommodation. It can also be added up to the day before departure, at no additional charge.
The cleaning option does not include:
Cleaning the dishes,
Taking out the trash.
If the expected level of cleanliness is not respected at departure, a deduction may be made from the security deposit.
